Since 1965, they’ve been making longer sandwiches than anyone else. In 2022, the world’s largest restaurant operator wanted to make an interactive 3D billboard that allowed people to virtually make their own sandwich on screen.

This was a great project to work on, having done a considerable amount of Out-Of-Home digital advertising whilst working at TMW and JC Decaux back in the day. A fantastic opportunity to witness the ever-expanding potential of the medium.

Each member of the animation team was given a different sandwich, and build it coming together in a dynamic, eye-catching manner. Sound simple enough? Try adding floppy cheese, dynamic chicken pieces, multiple sauces, and it can quickly get out-of-hand!
